Bottled Broadside Clone

Bottled the latest beer on Thursday, a Broadside clone. I used yeast re-claimed from my own beer bottle and cultured up. It went all the way down to an SG of 1006 although it took its time getting there as I left it for just over 2 weeks in the end, still it worked and without any drama, initial tastings are very promising but now I will have to be patient. At least for a week...
