Wholemeal seeded loaves fresh out of the oven
A couple of tasty looking loaves if ever I saw one, can't wait to get my teeth into it. Learning a bit more about baking bread since receiving my new book on bread in the River Cottage Series, one I would heartily recommend. The great thing about it apart from the recipes is it really explains in detail each stage of the process; what to do and why you do it too.
